Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition with all packaging and security seals intact
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Item must not show signs of use or installation
Important Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned due to security and hygiene reasons:
- High Security Safes (once opened, the security integrity cannot be verified)
- Data Safes (due to potential data contamination risks)
- Custom-configured safes (made to specific measurements or security requirements)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our security team will:
- Verify your purchase details
- Provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Send shipping instructions based on your location
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely using the original packaging when possible. Include:
- Completed return form (provided with your RAN)
- Copy of your invoice
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt

International Returns
