Description
The Burton Eurovault Aver is a high security Eurograde 2 safe. It has an insurance rating of £ 17,500 / £ 175,000 and it is ideal to store and secure your cash, jewellery, watches, valuables and controlled drugs. It comes with a Double bitted key lock. The Aver G2 has been independently tested and certified to ECB.S Grade 2 in accordance with EN1143-1.

Construction
The Eurovault Grade 2 has been constructed with a 10mm thick door along with 3 point locking bolts which have a 24mm diameter. The construction of the steel door allows the door to be opened to 180 degrees which provides easier access. The Aver G2 has the added protection of a manganese steel anti-drilling plate to protect from attack.
It comes supplied with 1 shelves which can be removed/adjusted if required. The external dimensions are 460 x 470 x 470 mm (HxWxD mm) with the internal dimensions of 345 x 355 x 320 mm (HxWxD mm).
*Please add 50mm to the external depth dimensions due to the handle.
In terms of installation, the safe comes with one pre-drilled fixing hole in the base. A fixing kit is included with each purchase, Burton recommends the safe to be installed to a concrete floor where possible.
Fire Rating and AiS
The Aver Grade 2 has 30 minutes fire protection for paper documents such as diplomas, certificates, wills and important files. It has been certified by ECB.S class LFS30P according EN 15659

It comes with approval from Secured by Design – Police Preferred Specification – (SBD accreditation held by Burton Security)
Insurance Approved
The Eurograde 2 has also been approved by the Association of Insurers (AiS), which helps when seeking approval from your insurance company.
Locking Type – Double bitted key lock
The Burton Eurovault Eurograde 2 has a double-bitted key lock (EN 1300 Certified) and it comes as standard with two keys. The variant with a double-bit key lock offers high reliability, is easy to operate and competitively priced.
Take into account the management of a double-bit key, these are often long keys that you should store safely. Should a burglar find the safe key, he has unimpeded access to the safe. A variant with a key lock requires good and secure key management. Therefore always consider an electronic code lock.
